School Based Mental Health Therapist

Balance Point Wellness – Mental Health Therapist (Baltimore County Schools)

Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Baltimore County schools.

• Manage assigned caseload (provide ongoing therapy)
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions – all documentation is completed in a cloud‑based EHR
• Development of person‑centered treatment plans when necessary

• Master’s or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling (required)
• Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background check required
• Highly organized and possesses time management skills

Yearly Salary: $50,000–$75,000

Fee‑for‑Service and 1099 positions have no cap on how much you can make.
