IT Business Analyst, Business Systems & Technology Analysis

Develop and design UI, data workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, tasks. Confer with stakeholders and end users, analyze requirements, translate needs into technical specifications. Deliver business and technical controls for regulatory frameworks. Review compliance, code, sprints., functionality, defects, triage, fixes, system data, transformation, reporting, dashboards, data visualizations, performance, legacy system gaps, scalable architecture, audits, data pipelines, reporting layers, platform upgrades, cloud architecture.
Conduct SIT, UAT testing. Create BRDs, technical designs, test cases and plans, records, scripts, diagrams. Identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans.
