Associate Attorney

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our boutique law firm in Towson, MD. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in either Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Transactions and Contracts, and Estate Planning. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, managing a diverse caseload, and delivering strategic legal solutions to our clients.

Base pay: $/yr - $/yr

• Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulations.
• Handle commercial litigation cases, including preparing for trial, managing discovery, and advising clients on potential outcomes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactions and contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Assist clients in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and advising on tax implications and asset protection strategies.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland State Bar and in good standing.
• Proven experience in construction law, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, and estate planning.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
