I am working with a great firm that is looking for an Attorney to join their real estate and business transactions practice. This is a great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of commercial real estate and business transactions.

Desired Background:

• 4+ years of transactional experience in real estate, corporate governance, business transactions, financing and HOAs
• Advise clients on purchase, sale, leasing, finance and land acquisitions
• Draft, review and revise complex real estate and business documents
• Manage due diligence and all aspects of real estate and business transactions
• Admitted to Maryland bar
