Global Product Regulatory Compliance Senior Program Manager
Location: Towson, MD - Hybrid
OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead initiatives ensuring product compliance with global regulatory and customer requirements across our portfolio of renowned brands. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams, end‑to‑end project management, and continuous improvement in compliance processes.
Responsibilities- Assess impact of new and changing regulations and proactively communicate implications to stakeholders.
- Define requirements, scope, and deliverables for compliance projects and programs.
- Coordinate priorities, track updates to products, and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Oversee execution of multiple global compliance projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality results.
- Provide weekly and ad‑hoc status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives for Global Product Regulatory Compliance.
- Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training for compliance awareness across the organization.
- Ensure NPD process is updated to meet new requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably within product compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, complex projects/programs in a global environment.
- Advanced knowledge of global product compliance regulations and standards a plus.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Self‑starter with high organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and data analytics platforms.
- Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving change across teams.
- Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally.

Base Pay Range (Maryland): $75,800 to $122,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
