Entry Level Marketing

North Crest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Representative
. This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and brand awareness in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for our clients through face-to-face customer interactions. You will help educate customers about products and services, increase brand awareness, and contribute to customer acquisition efforts. No prior marketing or sales experience is required- we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations.

• Support client marketing and promotional campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.
• Represent client brands, products, and services in a professional manner.
• Engage with customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives.
• Support customer acquisition and onboarding activities.
• Communicate client messaging and promotional information effectively.
• Participate in team meetings, paid training, and professional development sessions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and customer engagement goals.
• Provide feedback based on customer interactions and promotional activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
