• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an RN in an Emergency Room or Pediatric ED
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric emergency care
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor pediatric patients, responding rapidly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and clinical standards
