Cath Lab RN - Days Location

Maryland

This is a 12-week contract position.

4x10-hour shifts, Days (06:30 - 17:00), with on-call required.

The Cath Lab RN will be responsible for providing nursing care in the cardiac catheterization lab, utilizing their expertise in various procedures such as IABP, Rotablator, TAVR, and more. The role requires the ability to operate advanced medical equipment and maintain patient care standards in a high-pressure environment.

• Assist in Interventional Cardiac procedures and monitor patient status.
• Utilize advanced cardiac monitoring and IV management skills.
• Execute proper infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Provide patient education and support during pre and post-procedure phases.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as needed.

• 1 year of relevant nursing experience, with preference for scrub experience.
• Current RN license in Maryland or Compact.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to float within the unit and hospital as necessary.
• Two satisfactory professional references, preferably one from a supervisor and one from a charge RN.
