- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland (Maryland RN jobs)
- Minimum 2 years of recent stroke care experience
- At least 1 year of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor and assess patients with stroke and acute medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient care and nursing interventions
- Educate patients and families on health management, recovery, and preventive care
