RN Supervisor

Join our team at Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN Supervisor! We are proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with Same Day Pay. PT shifts run weekends 7 AM‑7 PM; FT shifts run Monday‑Friday 11 PM‑7 AM. Pay ranges from $38‑$60 per hour plus a $3 PIB.

Orchard Hill is a 139‑bed Sub‑Acute, Long‑Term Care facility that values compassion and quality care. • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisor experience required; training will be provided.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.

• Current, unencumbered active RN license in Maryland.
