Blufox Mobile is a rapidly expanding partner for Comcast XFINITY, one of the nation's largest providers of high‑speed internet, mobile, home security, video and voice services. We are poised to expand our retail footprint to over 200 locations across the US in the coming years.

The ideal candidate has retail experience and is eager to join our growing team. Experience selling mobile and cable products is a huge plus.

• Promote and sell Xfinity services and products—Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security and Voice—to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop foundational knowledge of Comcast products and use sales skills to maximize sales through effective upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Take advantage of opportunities to upsell, articulate our competitive advantage, and execute sales closing techniques to maximize gross profit.
• Create value around our products and services and tailor a package to fit customer needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently and maximize commissions.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude and build positive customer relationships.
• Strive to achieve the maximum Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each interaction.
• Work well with the team, have relationship‑management skills, and be open to feedback.
• Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies used by the company and its competitors.
• Achieve overall performance goals and maintain consistent attendance; flexible for nights, weekends, variable schedules and overtime.

• Preferred:
  Wireless, cable or retail sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
