Role Description

The Large Group Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. The role involves promoting employee benefits solutions, conducting client presentations, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with other team members to deliver strategic support and solutions. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Towson, MD. Candidates will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission of helping brokers grow their business.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in sales and business development, with a focus on generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits solutions, insurance products, and experience in working with brokers or within the insurance industry.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to deliver value propositions and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and other sales technologies to track progress and maintain organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet organizational objectives.
