As a Site Security Manager, you’ll be part of our Corporate team working as an on‑site employee. You will manage all physical security responsibilities for the Towson, MD location. The Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) Asset Protection team provides security, safety, executive operations, and investigative oversight to SBD business units. The primary objective is to manage the Security & Safety Services Team, safeguard the facility and grounds, protect executive employees, and act as the first responder in a crisis or emergency.

• Oversee Security & Safety Services for the Towson, MD site.
• Serve as the C‑TPAT Champion for the site (if applicable).
• Manage proprietary security services and 3rd‑party vendor services.
• Direct visitors and control access at all security posts.
• Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems.
• Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility.
• Implement physical security improvements.
• Document security and safety incidents.
• Act as the first responder to a crisis situation; provide first aid, CPR, and AED.

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• 5+ years of related security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Experience with C‑TPAT and/or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Supervisory experience highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Physical fitness essential; proficiency in martial arts or other defensive skill desirable.
• CPR, AED, and first aid training required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, issue‑resolution, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, motor‑vehicle record check, drug screen, and psychological screening.
• Ability to pass any state‑required training or other licensing qualifications.
