As the most important Maximum Handyman Team member, you would be working full time as a remote / on the road craftsman and repairman for the largest and most experienced and respected company in the business.
What you can expect- Bi-weekly pay
- 90 Day Evaluation Period (potential pay increase based on performance)
- Monday through Friday
- Vehicle maintenance (Managed by others)
- Office Support
- Performance reviews
- Casual atmosphere
- Significant amount of driving every day
- Asphalt and concrete repair/patching and brick/cinder block work
- Ballasts and light electrical work
- Laminate fabrication/repair for cabinetry and counters
- Caulk, spackle, painting, grouting, and other finishing work
- Ceramic, VCT, ceiling, and other tile work
- Commercial doors and hardware, including closers, panic bars, etc.
- Framing, drywall, FRP
- Fences, installing new drop ceiling grid, cove base molding
- Flushometers and other light plumbing
- Moving/hauling, pest control, demolition, glasswork
- Welding (a plus)
- High school or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Safe driver with a clean record that can operate a large service van
- Clean criminal record
- No substance abuse
- Ability to work independently/unsupervised
- Professional appearance
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting/technical skills
- Experienced in multiple areas of repair
- Tech‑savvy (job “paperwork” is managed on a smartphone)
- Experience (3 years minimum)
- Fluent English speaking
- United States work authorization
- Safety minded (Safety toe shoes are mandatory, and PPE as required per task)
- Cleanliness and organization of company tools, equipment, and vehicle
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour to start
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (some weekends, nights and overtime are available)

Work Location:
On the road (in a company vehicle)
