Service Technician

As a Service Technician for Courthouse Square in Towson, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 526 apartment-homes. We own and operate all of our communities and invest in the long-term.

We offer $750 per month rent discount for live-on, health/dental/vision/401K, on-call appreciation bonus, additional quarterly team bonus, and plenty of resources/support to get the job done.

• Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
• Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
• MUST BE A GO-GETTER with a proven track record of stepping up to the plate and taking initiative.
• 1-5 years of recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a demanding garden-style community with high standard for customer service.
• Solid track record of basic technical skills in plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, EPA preferred.
• Customer service skills a must.
• Vehicle, driver's license, must be willing to participate in the emergency on-call rotation which is once every 5 weeks.
• Ability to assess and address problems quickly, good organization skills and strong follow up.
