We have an immediate opportunity to join our company. We are currently seeking a full‑time (M-F 8:00AM‑5:00PM)
Procurement Clerk in our Tracy office. This individual will be responsible for performing medical billing and purchasing duties which includes but is not limited to completing all related transactions accurately and within the allowable time frame as well as provide additional support.
- Review incoming paperwork for accuracy and department compliance.
- Process purchasing paperwork daily product replacement for items being billed back to the facility with 24 hours of receipt.
- Update monthly bill back spreadsheets using contracted pricing.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Typing 25-40 words per minute (typing test conducted on onsite interview).
- Hourly Rate Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.50.
- Annual Range: $34,320.00 – $40,560.00.
- Overtime Rate Pay Range: $24.75 – $29.25.
- Profit Bonus: $0 – $500 per month (increases hourly rate up to $2.88 per hour or up $6,000 per year).
- Example Compensation:
Base $40,508, Mid-Range $47,190, Top-Range $53,872.50 (incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Profit Bonus).
- 10 paid holidays per year.
- Vacation: accrues up to 40 hours after 3 months, 80 hours at 24 months, rollover balance.
- Sick: up to 80 hours annually, max usage 48 hours, rollover balance.
