• Receive construction materials, manage site inventory, and deliver materials to tradespeople on the project.
• Direct the physical count and inspect arriving material.
• Review receiving documentation and invoices, packing lists, and bills of loading for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure material is stored in accordance with the project storage plan and that the location of material in storage is properly recorded.
• Deliver construction materials from inventory to the installation point of use.
• Manage and distribute tools from inventory to tradespeople.
• Maintain logs for Katerra equipment on site.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-5 years’ experience in construction, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
