Anesthesiologist

Gould Medical Group is seeking a dedicated BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join their stable, physician-only practice in Tracy, California. Clinicians will provide exceptional anesthesia care across a broad case mix primarily at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, working within an all-physician department. This shift-based role offers opportunities for extra shifts, professional growth, and a collegial environment just two hours east of San Francisco.

Practice Info

• All physician Anesthesia department (no CRNAs)
• Broad case mix:
  Ortho (including total joint replacements and spine), General Surgery (including robotic and bariatric), GYN (including robotic hysterectomies), Urology (including robotic prostatectomies and robotic nephrectomies), Gastroenterology, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, and Pain Management. Light OB service ( 400 deliveries per year).
• Mostly adults, occasional healthy pediatrics
• Collegial, skilled group of surgeons
• Department members: 30+
• Primary location:
  Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 77-bed acute care hospital

  Epic

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional anesthesia care to a wide spectrum of patients

Compensation

• Salary: $628,937
• Sign-on bonus
• Opportunities for extra shifts and compensation

• 196 total base shifts per year
• Equitable distribution of weekdays, weekends, and holiday calls
