bPosition Summaryb A regional Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing Field Service activities for all local Orange EV Vehicles. This individual will diagnose, repair, provide root cause analysis, evaluate Remote Monitoring System data, record all service work, collaborate with customers, support sales and marketing, perform upgrades, and facilitate tool and parts warehousing with the Service Team.

- Midnight (2nd Shift)

• Understand vehicle at systemic/component level to diagnose and repair
• Represent Orange EV professionally
• Use Remote Monitoring System and Service Record Keeping System to determine service plan and prioritize customer needs
• Accurately record service activity in the system
• Communicate with customers and third‑party providers to aid diagnosis or escalation and promote efficient repair
• Work with site manager and electrician regarding charging infrastructure logistics
• Evaluate conversion vehicle candidates and prepare reports on condition
• Support customer and third‑party service technicians with ancillary repairs
• Provide secure remote location for tools, parts, and other items
• Deliver operator and maintenance training and support sales/business development
• Travel as required for initial training and to meet service team goals and customer needs

• High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred
• 1+ years experience in automotive or electrical industries
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Knowledge of principles and processes for superior customer service
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs at waist level and occasionally up to 75‑100 lbs
• Ability to squat, sit, lie under, or climb on vehicle routinely
• Ability to handle multiple functions at once and adjust to rapid changes
• Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve according to schedule
• Ability to execute and follow instructions from supervisor
• Ability to articulate clearly when writing (composition, spelling, punctuation)
