At WITRON Group, we are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for employees across the United States and California.

• Align HR strategies with business goals in collaboration with operations leaders.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend solutions.
• Advise employees and managers on handbook, benefits, union relations, safety incident reporting, timecards, and more.
• Support HR department in employee activities and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a key contact point in negotiations and maintaining relationships with union representatives.
• Assist with performance appraisal processes, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Use HRIS tools to analyze metrics and drive decision‐making.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–4 years of on‑site HR experience with proven track record in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, including California laws.
• Experience with unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
