Responsibilities- Allocate and maintain IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
- Coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department.
- Maintain general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas.
- Support the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
- Assist Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed.
- Report directly to the IT manager for the Fulfillment Center.
- Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Stand/walk for 10‑12 hours at a time.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be highly motivated and customer‑centric.
- Experience in maintaining inventory levels including storage and procurement.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.

CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $38,480/year in our lowest geographic market up to $49,920/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
