• Build and train a team.
• Market the property.
• Oversee and maintain the budget.
• Manage all operational tasks to help the property thrive.
• Further responsibilities may include coordinating resident services, maintaining property standards, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Yardi experience preferred.
  
  Team‑building and effective management skills.
• Operations skills, including marketing, budgeting, and sales.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Consent to possible audio recordings of work duties.

• Salary: $77,000–$82,000 annually DOE.
• Monthly and performance‑based incentive bonuses.

California pay range: $77,000–$82,000 USD.
