Responsibilities- Build and train a team.
- Market the property.
- Oversee and maintain the budget.
- Manage all operational tasks to help the property thrive.
- Further responsibilities may include coordinating resident services, maintaining property standards, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community.
- Supervisory/management experience.
- Yardi experience preferred.
Team‑building and effective management skills. - Operations skills, including marketing, budgeting, and sales.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Consent to possible audio recordings of work duties.
- Salary: $77,000–$82,000 annually DOE.
- Monthly and performance‑based incentive bonuses.
