Maintenance Mechanic Pay Rate$40.31
Retention Bonus- $500 after 30 days

- Interfaces with production supervision to effect safe repairs to equipment and ensures that equipment is returned to operations in an acceptable condition
- Performs regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and monthly safety checks
- Makes repairs & modifications to equipment and facilities as scheduled through the work order system
- Responsible for completing all paperwork assigned and coordinating with the Reliability Supervisor to ensure data is correct and recorded
- Other duties as assigned
- At least one year of successful mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility.
- On-the-job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected.
- Maintenance experience in corrugated a plus. Strong knowledgeable of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics
- Excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to fully cross train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.
- Willing and able to work second and third shifts, call‑ins, holidays, and overtime as there is a constant demand for overtime in our maintenance department.
- Able to work with computer system for maintenance processes, stores and work orders.
