Misfits Market is seeking a Production Planning Associate to bridge customer demand and operations. You will create and maintain production schedules to maximize efficiency, meet fulfillment targets, and minimize waste, combining data analysis with shop-floor collaboration.
You will work with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Net Suite, or Dynamics) to ensure BOM and inventory integrity, while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to improve throughput and reduce changeover time.
