You’ll use hand tools and woodworking machinery while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. If you enjoy woodworking, solving problems, and seeing a project come to life, we’d love to have you on our team.
This position is responsible for matching door components, gluing and assembling doors, operating assembly equipment, inspecting products for defects. Attention to detail and consistent quality are important parts of this position.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Assemble components of cabinet doors.
Verify dimensions or check the quality or fit of pieces to ensure adherence to specifications.
Set up or operate machines, including assembly racks.
Inspect components before assembly for damage, incorrect sizing, machining issues, or other defects
Reinforce joints with nails or other fasteners to prepare articles for finishing.
Attach parts or subassemblies together to form completed units, using glue, dowels, nails, screws, or clamps.
Match materials for color, grain, or texture, giving attention to knots or other features of the wood.
Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hrs per day).Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the work area Ability to safely lift and handle cabinet doors and door components
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Ability to safely work around production equipment and moving materials
Must be comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment where sawdust, noise, and physical activity are part of the job.

Previous woodworking, cabinetry, carpentry, furniture-making, or related experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Experience operating woodworking machinery preferred but not required
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and work with measurements
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to determine practical solutions to woodworking challenges
Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized shop
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with coworkers and customers
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday
Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbsMust be comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment where sawdust, noise, and physical activity are part of the job
