• Nursing Shift: Night shifts, 3×12-hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Coverage:
  Required
• Floating:
  Float between Sutter Health Eden Medical Center, Delta Medical Center, Alta Bates Summit Medical Center Ashby, and Tracy Community Hospital
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,510 – $2,690

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NRP (American Heart Association preferred)
• Travel nurse experience required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic charting system
• Clinical experience caring for neonates, infants, adults, and pediatric patients

• Deliver comprehensive patient care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases
• Assist with high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and vaginal births
• Perform newborn assessments, APGAR scoring, and neonatal resuscitation
• Provide breastfeeding and lactation education to new parents
• Administer medications including anticoagulants, antihypertensives, and magnesium sulfate therapy
• Monitor pain management, perform wound/incision care, and educate families on discharge and newborn care
• Utilize Epic for accurate charting and documentation
• Float between designated Sutter Health facilities as needed
• Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and workplace safety initiatives
