Response Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer for casual security and customer service roles across the United States. The position involves patrols, surveillance, access control and emergency response.

Tracy, CA

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of security experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.
• Ready to pass an extensive screening process.
• Quick thinking, adaptable to changing situations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Military, law enforcement, or additional security experience is a plus.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32‑hour BSIS training or ability to obtain during hiring.

• Availability for all shifts required.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22 / hour.
