Ruby's Place dba Restorative Pathways (RP) is seeking a Shelter Monitor / Residential Advocate for Tracy, CA. This part-time, 16 hours per week, on-site role supports a 150-bed congregate shelter with a focus on safety, structure, and client-centered service delivery.
The Residential Advocate will engage directly with participants, monitor spaces, assist with check-ins, meals, and program flow, and coordinate with the Program Coordinator to ensure services are accessible.
