Earnings: $70,000–$90,000 per year + benefits (starting at $24/hr)
Schedule:
5 days on, 2 days off, every week. Dedicated long-range sleeper route with a consistent weekly rhythm and two full days rt time:
Daily dispatch window varies by run, typically afternoons.

You will not be employed by Amazon. You will work directly for Ready Steady Cargo Inc, an Amazon Freight Partner.
We are hiring full-time, motivated Class A CDL drivers with a clean driving record for our Amazon Freight Partner program in Tracy, CA. We haul exclusively for Amazon and make on-the-spot job offers, contingent on eligibility and background check requirements.
What you’ll do- Run a dedicated 5-day, long-range Amazon route as a solo driver in a sleeper tractor
- Rest in the sleeper cab on the road and return home for two days off each week
- Haul Amazon loads (primarily no-touch freight)
- Maintain strong on-time performance and communicate professionally with dispatch
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; stay within Hours of Service limits and log accurately in the ELD
- Follow SOPs with a no-shortcuts safety mindset
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL (no current suspension/revocation) and clean MVR
- Able to pass DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
- Comfortable with long-range runs and sleeping in the cab during the work week
- Able to commit to a fixed 5-day weekly schedule
- Able to speak, read, and write English; able to use handheld technology and GPS apps
- Starting pay $24/hr, with reviews at 30 / 90 / 180 / 360 days, then annually
