Proposed Salary Range: $19.50 – $21.50 /hr

• Unload inbound truck and merchandise and put away items.
• Move product from the receiving dock to the deluxing floor.
• Ensure and delux all outbound furniture pieces before delivery, verifying no damages and all parts are included.
• Assist drivers with load and assemblies when needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully.
• On‑site and in‑office role.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to include weekends, holidays, and days not normally scheduled.
• Flexibility to work different schedules as business needs require.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and follow‑through skills.
• HUBM RF knowledge – tasking, fluid loading, locate cases etc.
• Availability to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) functions needed for picking and packing.

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladder.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable with walking/standing 90% of the day.
