- Unload inbound truck and merchandise and put away items.
- Move product from the receiving dock to the deluxing floor.
- Ensure and delux all outbound furniture pieces before delivery, verifying no damages and all parts are included.
- Assist drivers with load and assemblies when needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully.
- On‑site and in‑office role.
- Ability to work overtime as needed to include weekends, holidays, and days not normally scheduled.
- Flexibility to work different schedules as business needs require.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and follow‑through skills.
- HUBM RF knowledge – tasking, fluid loading, locate cases etc.
- Availability to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
- Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) functions needed for picking and packing.
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladder.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable with walking/standing 90% of the day.
