Support clients as a Client Engagement Associate at CIBC in Trail, using financial products knowledge and digital banking expertise. This regular role is on-site, with 15 weekly hours.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will serve clients in a Banking Centre and support everyday banking needs. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, explain digital options, and connect clients with suitable solutions. The work strengthens relationships while supporting Banking Centre success.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and banking products
- Answer questions and assist with transactions
- Complete sales of basic banking products
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
- Client-first approach focused on meaningful interactions
- Strong problem-solving and client issue resolution skills
- Digital literacy and adaptability with new tools
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple Banking Centres
- Availability for full-time on-site work and 15 weekly hours
