The Handy Store in Trail is seeking an Administrative Assistant for on-site support. This position emphasizes strong organizational skills and a college diploma or equivalent experience.
In this on-site Administrative Assistant role, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of The Handy Store's operations. With a focus on communication and task management, you will assist with various administrative duties. Candidates should have up to 7 months of experience and a certification or diploma in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily administrative operations and processes
• Maintain organized office facilities and documentation
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of activities
• Facilitate communication across team members
• Help ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
• College, CEGEP, or relevant certificate/diploma
• 1 to 7 months of relevant work experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to operate exclusively on-site
• Proficient in English
