In this full-time role, you will report to the Builder Administration Manager and play a crucial part in managing documentation, builder allowances, and compliance with budgets. Your skills in overseeing appliance deliveries and resolving stakeholder issues will ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage builder allowances and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate appliance deliveries and resolve issues efficiently
• Act as a liaison for service requests from builders
• Verify invoice accuracy and reconcile purchase orders
• Assist with administrative functions and uphold service standards
Requirements:
• Background in administration or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Familiar with builder industry practices and documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized with an ability to adapt to priorities
