Reporting to the Builder Administration Manager, you will play a critical role in validating builder allowances and maintaining accurate project documentation. You'll coordinate specialized services, facilitate service requests, and ensure invoice accuracy—keeping everything running efficiently. Your organizational skills will shine as you adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage builder allowances and maintain project records
• Oversee appliance deliveries and installations
• Liaise for builder and customer service requests
• Verify and approve builder invoices for accuracy
• Assist with unpaid invoice reconciliations and credit notes
Requirements:
• Experience in administration or related field
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Familiarity with builder industry practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time and adapt priorities
