Macleod Trail Toyota is hiring Parts Advisors for one of the busiest Toyota stores in the Calgary market:

• 200–230 new vehicles sold monthly
• 80–100 used vehicles sold monthly
• Approximately 130 service appointments per day

That kind of volume means a steady workflow, constant movement, and real opportunity for Parts Advisors who know how to stay organized, communicate well, and keep things moving without mistakes.

• Knows auto parts and can communicate confidently with technicians and customers

Dealership or aftermarket parts experience is strongly preferred.

• Assisting technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts needs
• Ordering, quoting, and sourcing parts
• Managing inventory and receiving
• Keeping repair orders moving efficiently
• Working closely with service and sales teams throughout the day
