You will be engaging directly with customers while performing essential administrative duties that keep our operations thriving.
Your role will involve answering inquiries, assisting with payments, and working closely with both customers and showroom teams. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers as the first point of contact
• Manage phone calls and customer inquiries professionally
• Perform various administrative tasks for store management
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build positive customer relationships and rapport
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or an administrative role
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Flexible to work weekends
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
