Trail Appliances seeks a motivated Call Centre Agent with 1 to 2 years of experience. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will facilitate service requests and manage customer escalations, working closely with both technicians and customers to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer requests efficiently
• Coordinate service appointments with technicians and providers
• Create and submit online service requests accurately
• Manage customer exchanges and return authorizations
• Follow up on multiple service orders continuously
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of call centre experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Organized with strong problem-solving abilities
