Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex emergency cases across diverse patient demographics
• Collaborate with healthcare staff including nurses and physiotherapists
• Engage in quality improvement projects with dedicated funding
• Participate in medical education and mentorship opportunities
• Contribute innovative ideas to redefine emergency medicine
Requirements:
• Eligible for licensure with CPSBC
• Certification in Family Physicians of Canada or equivalent
• Emergency experience or CCFP (EM) certification preferred
• Coverage with Canadian Medical Protective Association
• US-trained candidates may qualify under specific criteria
