Summer Camp Director at Pedalheads

Lead inspiring summer bike camps as a Trail Camp Director at Pedalheads! Enjoy the outdoors while mentoring youth and ensuring a fun-filled atmosphere with weekends off.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Bike and Trail Camp Managers to join our team from June 22 to August 24. This role is perfect for leaders who want to create positive experiences while managing all camp activities. You don’t need to be a bike expert—training is provided to ensure every participant has a rewarding time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee program management and safety standards

• Inspire and manage Camp Supervisors, Instructors, and Volunteers

• Deliver exceptional customer service to participants

• Help with on-site registration and processing payments

• Engage hands-on with campers to enhance their experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing or coaching youth aged 13-24

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to mentor and motivate camp staff

• Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification

• Criminal record check for candidates 18 and older
