Gold Trail seeks an Education Assistant 1 to assist with the implementation of Inclusive Education Plans and foster student independence. In this position, you'll oversee student progress, provide essential personal support, and collaborate with teachers and agencies to optimize educational experiences. The role demands compassion, adaptability, and effective communication skills to thrive in a diverse learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with Inclusive Education Plan execution

• Observe, record, and report on student growth

• Administer positive behavior support techniques

• Carry out prescribed life-skill routines effectively

• Maintain close supervision and safety in all settings

Requirements:

• High School graduation or equivalent

• Successful completion of the Education Assistant Program

• Proficiency in computer skills for educational documentation

• Capacity to assist with physical tasks

• Eagerness to learn and implement specialized skills
