Collaborating across teams, you will monitor project outputs and drive the development of reliable geological models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety adherence and champion environmental procedures

• Provide metallurgical expertise across various projects

• Implement best practices for operational and recovery improvements

• Oversee test program coordination with technical teams

• Present metallurgical findings through detailed reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering

• P.Eng. registration or eligibility under EGBC

• 15 years of extractive metallurgy experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in data interpretation and risk management
