Teck's Trail Operations is looking for a Technologist, Metallurgy & Technology to join the team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on enhancing plant operations while facilitating technical support and troubleshooting across various projects. Ideal candidates will experience a dynamic work environment that emphasizes both individual and collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage technical investigations for process improvements
• Develop and execute detailed test plans for projects
• Operate and modify plant and lab-scale equipment
• Analyze data and document findings in comprehensive reports
• Assist in training technical staff and mentoring students
Requirements:
• Degree in metallurgical or chemical sciences
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Valid class 5 driver's license
