Interior Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to cover two long-term care sites in Trail, BC. The schedule alternates Wednesdays and Fridays at Columbia View Lodge and Thursdays at Poplar Ridge Pavilion.
Enteral nutrition and dysphagia experience are assets, with a focus on person-centered nutrition care and collaboration with a dynamic healthcare team. You will assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, counsel residents, and monitor outcomes while contributing to continuous quality
