Overview

In this full-time position, youll report to the Digital Information Systems Manager. The role requires coordination of ERP-related work, acting as a liaison with stakeholders, and leading internal IT teams. Your expertise in overseeing the intake and prioritization of work requests will drive operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities- Lead prioritization of ERP incidents and enhancements
- Provide technical guidance to internal support teams
- Coordinate ERP-related work with external contractors
- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders and auditors
- Monitor risks and progress across initiatives
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, or Business
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience
- Proven track record with enterprise application systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of IT service management practices
