As a full-time Technical Analyst at FortisBC, you will provide technical support across desktop computing, networking, and data centers. This role demands advanced skills in cyber security, end-user computing, and critical problem-solving. You'll lead projects that ensure our technology architecture meets business and technology needs, making a significant impact in delivering energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the IS Infrastructure Roadmap
• Manage a portfolio of IS Infrastructure projects
• Provide advanced technical support to current systems
• Troubleshoot and respond to support calls and outages
• Set-up, deliver, and manage network equipment
Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in Computer or Electronics Technology
• 8 years of related work experience
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Ansible and Linux Red Hat Patching
• Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver’s license
