Position: Messer Supervisor for Production Operations

In this role, you will assist the Zone Manager by ensuring compliance with safety regulations while managing production and maintenance activities. You'll be pivotal in strengthening the relationship between operational teams and customers, supporting both safety and efficiency in the plant's daily operations. Your leadership will drive performance and enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

• Manage maintenance schedules and contractor oversight

• Execute production plans and inventory procedures

• Host audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Administer employee training and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial operation

• Strong PC skills and familiarity with safety regulations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders as required
