Interior Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to lead teams in delivering client-focused services. As a Team Leader, you will facilitate problem-solving and support various clinical initiatives.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring quality care and effective service delivery across community services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and support Mental Health teams
• Coordinate, plan, and evaluate clinical practices
• Provide liaising support with local agencies
• Comply with BCCNM standards for nursing practice
• Deliver direct client care when necessary
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse
• Prior experience in mental health settings
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Capability to overcome service delivery issues
• Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, 08:00 to 16:00
