Step into a pivotal role with Interior Health as a Team Leader and Registered Nurse at Harbour House in Trail, B.C. This full-time relief position offers key leadership in mental health and addictions care.

In this important role, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team while providing clinical support and direct client care. Your responsibilities will involve problem-solving and ensuring high-quality, client-focused programs in community services, impacting lives positively. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, promoting a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide line leadership and supervision to nursing staff

• Deliver direct client care as needed

• Collaborate on planning and evaluation of clinical practices

• Liaise with local agencies for service integration

• Address service delivery challenges effectively

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Four years' experience in a clinical specialty

• One year in a leadership role

• Valid BC driver’s licence
