Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to enhance its Operating Room team. You will be responsible for providing top-notch care to OR patients, contributing to their quality of life, and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals. The position also involves engaging in evidence-based practices and honing your clinical skills continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to patients in the Operating Room
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Implement evidence-based practices in your nursing care
• Continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge
• Participate actively in hospital committees and research initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid practicing registration with BCCNM
• CPR certification required
• One year recent perioperative experience
• Advanced training in surgical nursing
